so the dreaded mail has finally arrived. sorry, but i feel the need to complain about this:
as far as i can recall, york splits tuition fees in half so you can
pay it in two installments. since when did they start requiring you to
pay full fee by Sept? where am i gonna get $7125 in 3 weeks? that's
like P350,000.. the initial pick-up for my OSAP covers less than half
of it. sigh, i should probably go start selling my things or something.
iMac for sale: needs money for tuition. sigh.
universities rip you off your money. i better get a decent job that pays decent money after i graduate.
pst guys, i have a new blog. lol. not that i'm moving or anything (wordpress sucks.) it's just a new separate one to dump most of my design related posts, and less of my personal business. hahaha (time to go public). or it could be the same as what i post here really, if i'm lazy. i still have yet to check if they have rss feed import, but i'm not keeping my hopes up because (wordpress sucks.)
shoutout to marc0tt for giving me paying jobs! woo-hoo! see, this is why i love august. so many good things happen during august. after 4 months of dormancy, i'm now flooded with work.. it's crazy. i don't even know how i'm gonna finish it all by the end of this month. probono's AND paying jobs that would help me pay for my tuition. yay! i couldn't be any more blessed.
designy shirt stores

i just found out that my all-time fav shirt store (Artwork) finally has a website up. i guess it's fairly decent look-wise, though i am a little disappointed with the technical side --it's such a cool store i sort of expected more. but o well, having one is at least a step up. i've been waiting for it. i hope they would go global soon.
speaking of cool stores, Graniph is worth checking! if only i wasn't loyal to the Filipino culture, i would even say it's better than Artwork! thanks to my awesome HK based, fellow Tokyo-lover friend, Calvin for wearing and unknowingly advertising their nice shirts. they ship internationally too!
there are two things that would make me really happy this year: a decent bookshelf and a design internship at Relevant Mag. i know 3 people already who might be interested, so who knows, maybe we could rent a place in Florida and live there for 2 months. while earning school cred, yay! best thing! but it sounds too good to be real at the moment, and maybe highly improbable. but it would be really, really, really amazing experience wise. sigh. if only things were easy to plan and parents didn't worry so much.
uh, does anybody know the rss feed for tabulas to link to other blog servers? cant find. :/ the one they have on tabulas.tabulas.com is a bit outdated, i think.
